Move through a vinyasa flow sequence that strengthens and stretches the piriformis muscle. If you are short on time this sequence just as it is will be perfect for you but if you have a bigger window of time, do the sequence twice challenging yourself on the second round to take the full side plank without a modification. You can do it!
