  • Full-Body Yoga Flow

    Twists, boat pose, standing splits and a side plank is just some of the poses we will flow through in this quick full-body workout.

  • Find Balance in Your Flow

    Move through a full vinyasa flow with several twists and challenging balance poses to engage the core and gain more power and strength in the body. Expect deep twists, slow balance poses and held planks.

  • Recharge Yoga

    A full studio yoga class to recharge your body. Being mindful as we build strength in warrior poses, dolphin pose, and forearm plank. Finding balance in Ardha Chandrasana as we then move through a fluid flow.

  • A Little Bit of Yoga

    Just a little bit of yoga can go a long way when you don't have a lot of time. Flowing through a welcoming sequence that includes warrior two, triangle pose and planks. But let's not forget balance poses and hip openers too!

  • Morning Flow

    Gentle vinyasa flow to start your day, moving through familiar poses to breathe life into the body.

  • Side Plank Flow

    Enjoy a quick vinyasa flow practice moving through the sun salutation to engage the whole body with a focus on side plank and core.

  • Twist Flow

    Twisting is a great way to detox the body and see the world in a slightly different perspective. All-levels flow moves you through poses at a pace that is attainable for most students, even beginners.

  • Standing Flow & Balance

    Challenge yourself with balance as we go into Ardha Chandrasana (Side/Half Moon Pose) without ever lowering our bodies to the ground. This is a great practice if you want to get a flow practice in but don't have the means to roll out a mat or the desire to touch the ground. (It happens!)

  • Open Flow

    Build strength in this all-levels flow as we move through side plank and bring a new focus to our chaturanga.

  • Calm Strength

    Embody calm strength in a held chaturanga then stretching the whole body in this all-levels flow.

  • Fluid Flow

    Vinyasa fluid flow learning to channeling the strength in the legs to hold and balance in poses with ease. Try doing this sequence more than once, if time permits.

  • Take Charge Flow

    Fully charge up the body in this vinyasa flow incorporating standing poses and opening the chest and shoulders.

  • Dance Party Yoga

    Twists are one of the most satisfying aspects of our yoga practice. Allowing our body to naturally detox and having a silly little dance party of your mat helps to release negative thoughts as well.

  • Conductor Core

    Push the coffee table aside and make some room for your practice. Build core strength on all sides in this firey practice as you breathe through the uncomfortableness, knowing that you are becoming stronger in your core.

  • Core All Day

    We all need it.... even if we don't like it, we need core exercises. Learn some new moves beyond crunches and sit-ups and go deep into strengthening the internal layers of the abdominal wall.

  • Standing Yoga Flow

    Begin with half sun salutes to warm up the body and then challenge yourself with balance postures and stepping back into postures. This is a great video if you are somewhere in which you don't want to touch the ground but want to get a little movement into your body.

    An easy stretching video that allows you the time to stretch the whole body from the wrists to the hips. When you are feeling cramped in your body this is your go-to video to feel better in your whole body!
