This is an all-levels vinyasa flow yoga class but we will be using hand weights within static poses. Weight training will build muscle, increase bone density and your metabolism. Yoga Sculpt is for everyone, get a great workout whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner.

    If you don't have hand weights, that's okay! Simply do the class without them, there is still a great benefit to going through the movements and linking the breath to the poses.

    I like to multi-task when lifting weights so in this sequence we will do curls while in chair pose and rows while in a warrior two. Strengthen your arms and back to enhance your yoga practice.

In this 20 minute video, you'll find everything you love about yoga sculpt- static held yoga poses while using weights. A condensed version of a typical class so that it's easy to fit into your day.

    Yoga Sculpt, thirty-minute power half hour. Increase the intensity of your practice and let's burn some calories!

  • Yoga Sculpt- No Stretch

    Build strength while performing exercises using hand weights within yoga poses. This video does not have a cooldown or stretch so be sure to take time to stretch after the video.
