Yoga Flow with Ballet/Barre Elements
If yoga and ballet had a baby it would be this class :) Enjoy a fun flow with a nice mix of barre added in.

Yoga Barre Fusion Flow
Gretchen's first love was dance, this flow class is infused with elements of ballet (AKA Barre) within the vinyasa yoga flow to create a workout for the whole body. All-levels class, many modifications are given throughout the class.

Slow Yoga Flow- Back & Hips
Move through a slow yoga flow with a focus on the hips and back. These are the areas of our body that suffer from hours sitting at the computer. After class, you will feel an opening in your chest and freedom for movement in the hips. Take your time; it's okay to go slow.

Morning Flow- Thirty Minutes of Moving
This thirty-minute yoga flow is a perfect way to start your day. Of course, you can also fit it in wherever you can in your day. The vinyasa yoga flow incorporates flexibility, strength, and balance!

25-Minute Flow
While in a vinyasa class we focus on the hips, both strengthening and stretching in a full flow. Move in and out of poses without holding them too long so that you can escape from your mind for a bit.

Building to Compass Pose - Vinyasa Flow
During our vinyasa yoga flow we create length in the hamstrings, open the hips and shoulders to prepare our bodies for trying compass pose.
Compass Pose is considered a more advanced pose but remember you do you! Take your time and ease into trying it. -
Give those HIPS some love!
In this twenty-minute class, we move through an all-level yoga flow class with a focus on the hips. No pigeon pose but lots of ways to strengthen and stretch the hip region of our bodies.

Are you spending way too much time seated at the computer? Yes, of course, you are! This flow was made for you. Move through the flow strengthening, stretching, balancing, and also focusing on opening the front body including the shoulders.
