Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga classes are a great introduction for beginners but also are wonderful for experienced students to take the time to go slow and be present in the body.

These yoga classes beat to a slower restorative rhythm, creating space within our bodies and minds by combining the breath with stretching in the fullest expression of each pose.

  • Floor Work Gentle Yoga

    Let's stay on the floor and work on building strength in the core, bringing our awareness to our hip mobility while also finding a release in that hip to get into a deeper stretch of the piriformis and glutes.

  • Strap Stretch

    Complete mat practice using a yoga strap to go deeper into the stretch. In this video, we never actually put weight on our hands so it's wonderful for those that have wrist pain or want a day off from downward dog. :)

    Gentle vinyasa flow to start your day, moving through familiar poses to breathe life into the body.

  • Release Hip Tension

    Let's focus on releasing the tension in our hips in wide-legged folds and squats. Moving through poses that focus on internal rotation and well as external rotation of the hips to enhance the energy in the legs.

  • Gentle Stretch Studio Class

    Gently stretch the body (using a strap) to create openness, we draw our minds inward to tune into the breath to cultivate peace throughout our body.

  • Gentle Flow Studio Class

    Grab a yoga block for this practice as we use it to stretch our calves but also as an extension of our arms within the poses. A strap will also be helpful!
    Then surrender deep into savasana allowing yourself to release.

  • Beginner Core
